We can be whatever we want to be. ⁣

When I was a little girl, I was told I was always “good, quiet, polite” and did what I was told. Raised by strict Filipino Christian parents + being an only child, they were extremely protective of me. They said “if you talk to a boy, you will get pregnant!” 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ ⁣

Being constantly told that I was “good” and that “sex” = bad, I grew up having a skewed perception of MY sexuality and body. ⁣

It’s taken me YEARS to actually discover and enjoy my sexuality enough to be comfortable talking about it. I still feel that others who come from strict households still have those negative perceptions. ⁣

It’s okay to be wild sometimes. It’s okay to get out of your comfort zone and try something new. It’s okay and totally normal to want to do things. It’s okay to want to take sexy photos of yourself!! Sometimes your perception of yourself hinders you from the things that brings you closer to YOU. ⁣

“I don’t get to share these kind of stories with anyone else” - ladies say this all the time. Honestly, I’ve heard it all so when you’re around me, it’s a NO SHAME zone 💛⁣

I’m sooo curious to hear some of the crazy things your parents have said to prevent you from doing the “bad thing”. Or what your own head told you. Please share so others can feel less alone 💛⁣

PS - My parents STILL have NO IDEA that I do this kind of photography 😂
