Here are a few things you can do NOW to help on your self love journey.
Trust me, finding self love & self acceptance isn’t some destination, it’s an ongoing journey.
I know it’s tough when you look at yourself everyday but take a step back and look at the bigger picture. You are more than YOURE appearance, you are your everyday thoughts and actions. You are how you make people FEEL, you are what you do, you are everything that you are and your appearance is just a tiny factor of it all.
1️⃣ unfollow accounts that make you feel like shit. Follow self love accounts. I’ll post some of my favs in the comments, you’re open to do the same.
2️⃣ at home, walk around naked. Feel everything. Your bum on the blanket, your thighs touching each other. Be present and feel.
3️⃣ masturbate often, have sex often. It helps with being present and enjoying all of you.
4️⃣ wear your fav underwear when you go out. It helps having a nice little secret for yourself.
5️⃣ get tattoos or piercings. Put art that you chose on your body.
6️⃣ be active. Jump, run, play sports, dance, exercise, go for a nature walk. Doing active things you enjoy.
