2020 goals

We’re all living this life for the first time so why not have a little fun?⁣

Just over 2 weeks into 2020 and there’s still too much pressure to change yourself. ⁣

Remember small changes can make a big difference.⁣

Some of my goals are:⁣

1️⃣ Stick to a morning routine.⁣

I’ve been getting up a little earlier to take the time to actually eat, listen to something uplifting and enjoying the fresh air. ⁣

2️⃣ spend time with people you love. ⁣

On the phone, text, in person or even through an online game. ⁣

3️⃣ when you’re feeling body negative, remember to MOVE your body. Dance, exercise, jump up and down, masturbate lol⁣ or maybe send some sexy photos to your friends 🙊
