We’re all living this life for the first time so why not have a little fun?
Just over 2 weeks into 2020 and there’s still too much pressure to change yourself.
Remember small changes can make a big difference.
Some of my goals are:
1️⃣ Stick to a morning routine.
I’ve been getting up a little earlier to take the time to actually eat, listen to something uplifting and enjoying the fresh air.
2️⃣ spend time with people you love.
On the phone, text, in person or even through an online game.
3️⃣ when you’re feeling body negative, remember to MOVE your body. Dance, exercise, jump up and down, masturbate lol or maybe send some sexy photos to your friends 🙊
