The first time I met Emily was in 2018 when she reached out to me for a boudoir photoshoot. At the time, she was going through some significant life changes and wanted to commemorate this period with beautiful portraits. I vividly remember the day she came to view her photos for the first time. As she looked at the images, her eyes lit up, and she exclaimed, “I look like an Angel!” Even after six years, the memory of her reaction remains fresh in my mind.

For me, photography is more than just capturing beautiful images. It’s about forging a deep connection with each client. This is why I place so much importance on in-person reveals. Watching my clients see themselves in a new light and be in awe of their own beauty is incredibly fulfilling. Emily’s reaction has stayed with me all these years because it encapsulates the essence of why I am passionate about what I do.

Fast forward to 2024, Emily contacted me again, sharing some exciting news! She had made a major career shift, transitioning from working as a nurse in a hospital to starting her own therapy practice. During our conversation, I had the opportunity to delve deeper into her vision and purpose behind this new venture. As she was new to social media, we also decided to incorporate some one-on-one coaching sessions to help her get started on the right foot.
